📋 Description

• Manage a diverse portfolio of business management activities for complex or high-risk functional areas • Implement policies, processes, and initiatives supporting business management, strategy, and governance objectives • Interface regularly with management and provide direction to stakeholders and team members • Contribute to strategic direction and develop and implement business strategies • Plan, lead, manage, and oversee work activities across multiple areas • Lead integrated implementation of policies, processes, procedures, and changes across functional areas • Advise on enterprise and cross-functional projects and initiatives as a subject matter expert • Identify, design, and test solutions and support implementation • Facilitate executive discussions and provide thought leadership, roadmaps, strategic plans, deliverables, frameworks, and goals • Partner with management and leadership to identify trends, issues, opportunities, and recommended actions • Manage relationships with corporate and control functions and ensure regulatory alignment • Monitor emerging issues, trends, and regulatory requirements and assess impacts • Assess and escalate key issues to appropriate stakeholders • Maintain risk management and control processes aligned with risk appetite • Ensure business operations comply with internal and external requirements • Lead governance meetings, committees, action plans, and remediation plans • Identify opportunities to improve productivity, effectiveness, and operational efficiency • Support team objectives, client services, knowledge transfer, and a positive work environment

🎯 Requirements

• Undergraduate degree • 7+ years of relevant experience • Specialized business management knowledge • Ability to manage complex or high-risk functional areas • Ability to work autonomously and lead within a specialized business management function • Ability to provide specialized knowledge, advice, and guidance to stakeholders and team members • Experience completing complex projects and integrating cross-functional processes • Ability to manage tasks end to end • Knowledge of business management policies, processes, governance, and strategy • Knowledge of enterprise frameworks and methodologies • Ability to assess regulatory requirements, risks, issues, and impacts • Ability to ensure compliance with internal and external requirements • Ability to lead governance meetings and remediation plans • Ability to perform sedentary work and operate standard office equipment continuously • Ability to concentrate for long periods and read, write, and comprehend instructions • Occasional domestic travel; no international travel
