📋 Description
• Own planning through execution across multiple workstreams • Drive regulatory and compliance outcomes • Lead and coordinate product, engineering, data, operations, and business teams • Establish and run governance forums • Produce executive-ready status updates and reporting • Coach and develop delivery resources
🎯 Requirements
• 15+ years of end-to-end delivery expertise • Experience in regulatory remediation or control uplift programs • Proven ability to deliver outcomes across data, technology, and business domains • Strong understanding of financial products • Executive communication skills • PMP, Lean/Six Sigma, CFA, FRM, or CPA designation is an asset
