📋 Description

• Define, develop, and/or implement technology controls and information security policies, programs, and tools • Provide specialized expertise and guidance on assessing risks, identifying potential gaps, and developing security solutions • Participate in moderate- to high-complexity projects and initiatives • Provide complex reporting, analysis, and assessments at the functional, business-line, or enterprise level • Act as a lead expert resource in technology controls, information security, and risk issues • Oversee Fusion Incident Management activities and lead incidents through containment, eradication, recovery, and closure • Drive incident response efforts and track incident tasks, data, and workstreams • Author and review communications for stakeholders, operational personnel, and leadership • Lead the evolution of internal processes, documentation, and routines with senior and executive leadership

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of relevant experience • Expert knowledge of IT security and risk disciplines and practices • Ability to oversee incident management activities through containment, eradication, recovery, and closure • Ability to drive incident response efforts using critical thinking, an investigative mindset, and active listening • Ability to track incident tasks, data, and workstreams • Ability to author and review communications for stakeholders, operational personnel, and leadership • Experience leading and evolving internal processes, documentation, and routines alongside senior and executive leadership • Ability to foster productivity, innovation, process improvement, teamwork, and professionalism • Ability to prioritize and manage workload to deliver quality results and meet timelines • Bachelor's degree preferred • Information security certification/accreditation an asset
