📋 Description

• Advise Merchant Services customers on pricing, onboarding, equipment/billing setup, and other customer requests • Retain and expand relationships with Merchant Services customers • Establish and maintain strong business relationships and exchange information • Maintain contact with existing relationships to reduce merchant attrition • Respond to customer inquiries within the Service Level Agreement • Initiate calls to at-risk portfolio merchants to retain accounts • Provide superior service exceeding expectations on every contact • Follow up on retention leads to reduce attrition • Follow established processes and procedures • Prevent account attrition through due diligence when renegotiating pricing and profitability • Ensure new sales acquired contribute positively to organizational net income • Contact inactive merchants to reestablish relationships and reactivate accounts

🎯 Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent • Strong knowledge of merchant industry, products and services, including electronic payment processing practices • Relationship management, sales and negotiation skills preferred • Experience evaluating financial data and merchant processing statement activity preferred • Demonstrated attention to detail and strong analytical ability • Excellent communication skills, including strong writing ability • Strong PC skills, including experience with online and third-party reporting systems • Occasional domestic travel • Ability to perform sedentary work, multiple tasks, operate standard office equipment, concentrate for long periods, read/write/comprehend instructions, and perform basic arithmetic continuously • Ability to sit continuously and stand/walk occasionally • Ability to lift/carry under 25 lbs. occasionally
