📋 Description

• Partner with senior management to support delivery of the product vision • Create, maintain, and continuously reprioritize the product backlog and user stories • Align with senior management on the product delivery roadmap, Minimum Marketable Features/Minimum Viable Products, and release cadence • Review performance analytics and champion strategies to enhance the customer or end-user product experience • Participate in Scrum or Kanban events, including stand-ups and retrospectives • Engage business process partners to prepare customers/end users for application changes and establish Day 2 processes • Provide user story design, development, and completion oversight; accept or reject stories based on the Definition of Done and Acceptance Criteria • Manage delivery initiatives and, depending on complexity, oversee multiple development team backlogs • Raise blockers affecting delivery of customer-focused increments • Manage and prioritize defects • Lead product development support based on product expertise and Agile/Scrum knowledge • Integrate enterprise strategy into solutions across multiple functions or operations • Interpret business and industry challenges and recommend improvements to products, processes, or services • Communicate product changes and backlog priorities to business, technology, and senior management • Serve as the single point of escalation for the development team • Lead Quarterly Business Review submissions and discussions for the product • Manage stakeholder inputs and competing priorities • Monitor regulatory changes and assess impacts on product strategy • Coordinate risk, quality, and business testing management • Compile performance metrics and define OKRs with stakeholders • Identify and manage organizational risks and escalate high-risk activities • Support team development, track team performance metrics, and provide coaching • Work with the Scrum Master to reinforce Agile processes • Mentor others and share knowledge and best practices • Build productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders • Promote a fair, positive, equitable, and diverse work environment • Act as a brand ambassador for TD and the business area

🎯 Requirements

• Undergraduate degree and/or product certificate • 7+ years relevant experience • 3-5 years Product Owner or Agile-related delivery experience • Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification and project management experience considered an asset • Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) certifications or experience operating in scaled agile delivery considered an asset • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum processes, roles, and practices • Ability to manage product backlogs, user stories, delivery initiatives, and defects • Ability to interpret business challenges and recommend solutions • Ability to work with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams • Ability to monitor regulatory requirements and manage risk, quality, and business testing • Ability to compile performance metrics and define OKRs • Continuous sedentary work, multitasking, office equipment operation, concentration, and reading/writing/comprehending instructions • Occasional domestic travel • Must be authorized to work in the United States, as the role is designated for Wilmington, Delaware, United States of America
