📋 Description

• Assemble and submit client invoices according to contracted client arrangements • Collect detailed information from various sources and input it into the invoicing system • Check accounting-system data accuracy to ensure accurate final invoices • Collect revenue by sending reminders and following up with customers • Research and resolve billing errors and issue debit/credit memos when necessary • Support 1099 vendor management, including onboarding, compliance tracking, and ongoing communication • Enter vendor information into the accounting system • Process vendor invoices by verifying transaction information, preparing disbursements, and obtaining payment authorization • Provide general administrative support to the accounting team • Perform other duties as assigned • Travel up to 5%

🎯 Requirements

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance • 3-5 years of hands-on Accounting/Finance experience can be considered in lieu of educational experience • Must have strong communications skills (verbal and written) • Sage Intacct experience preferred • Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets at an intermediate level preferred • Experience in an invoicing and finance department preferred
