📋 Description

• Perform advanced troubleshooting and resolve complex technical issues across network, server, and endpoint systems • Manage IT infrastructure and provide proactive system maintenance • Design, implement, and optimize critical network infrastructure • Lead project implementations • Support core network and server systems • Ensure the security and optimization of IT systems • Mentor junior technical staff • Communicate with clients to provide high-quality IT support and solutions • Implement IT projects, manage upgrades, and perform system migrations • Support small- and medium-sized businesses with IT solutions that improve performance, growth, and business outcomes

🎯 Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in IT support or related technical roles • Demonstrated experience in network administration or engineering • Recent experience in an MSP or multi-client environment strongly preferred • Proficiency in network infrastructure, server administration, and virtualization technologies • Strong hands-on expertise in network engineering, advanced routing, switching, and firewall management • Experience with Microsoft 365 / Entra ID (Azure AD), Exchange Online, and SharePoint/OneDrive • Experience with Windows Server (2012R2 or newer), Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, and DHCP • Experience with business firewalls such as Meraki, Fortinet, SonicWall, Palo Alto, or similar • Experience with VPNs including IPsec and SSL VPN • Knowledge of VLANs, OSPF/BGP, Spanning Tree, QoS, network segmentation, and SD-WAN • Experience with Ubiquiti, Meraki, or Cisco wireless networking solutions and security configurations • Experience with Wireshark, SNMP, and NetFlow analysis • Expertise diagnosing and troubleshooting complex hardware, software, network performance, and connectivity issues in production environments • Ability to implement IT projects, manage upgrades, and perform system migrations with minimal supervision • Fundamental understanding of cybersecurity, network security best practices, system monitoring, backup/DR, and IT compliance • Experience providing customer-facing technical support and working directly with end users and business decision-makers • Strong communication, problem-solving, documentation, and organizational skills • Information Technology certifications such as CompTIA or Microsoft are a plus but not required • Relevant networking certifications such as Cisco CCNA/CCNP, Fortinet NSE 4, or Palo Alto PCNSA are highly valued • Authorized to work in the United States • Able to pass any required background checks
