📋 Description

• Own US and global benefits administration end to end across the US, UK, Canada, and EOR markets • Manage new-hire enrollment through terminations with accurate, timely HRIS data • Serve as the primary contact for employee benefits questions and resolve benefits issues • Guide employees through plan options and leave processes • Manage relationships with benefits providers, including billing, contract compliance, and service quality • Manage leave for US and global employees, including the leave management system • Guide employees through statutory, state, FMLA, short-term disability, and long-term disability leave • Lead annual open enrollment • Create benefits education materials and presentations to increase benefits utilization • Partner with Finance and payroll on HRIS use, benefits-data audits, compliance, and payroll data accuracy • Support employee engagement, retention, and development initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on experience administering multiple benefit plans, with US benefits experience as the foundation and global exposure • Direct experience handling state-level parental leave, FMLA, or PFL paperwork • Experience working within an HRIS; Rippling preferred • Approachable, confident, mature, and empathetic when handling sensitive leave conversations • Global benefits and statutory leave knowledge across the UK, Australia, and Canada preferred • Experience managing benefits through acquisitions, including COBRA scenarios preferred • EOR experience or specific Quebec benefits experience preferred • Legal right to work in the indicated location without employer sponsorship now or in the future
