📋 Description

• Own product strategy and roadmap across Coaching, Player Personnel, Recruiting, and Intelligence • Define and execute a cohesive AI strategy across football, basketball, and other sports markets • Identify high-leverage sports workflows for AI agents and turn them into a multi-quarter roadmap • Lead and develop product managers and product leaders across multiple sports markets and geographies • Represent Teamworks in customer meetings, league partnerships, enterprise RFPs, and industry forums • Align engineering, design, data science, product marketing, GTM, and finance teams • Maintain close relationships with front offices, coaches, coordinators, GMs, scouting directors, and league operators • Partner with data, engineering, and acquired product teams to convert proprietary data into proprietary agents and models • Determine which capabilities should be platform-level versus product-level • Build a portfolio approach that maximizes shared platform leverage across sports while respecting market differences • Own revenue and P&L accountability for the category • Partner with GTM to win league-wide deals and expand into new sports and international markets

🎯 Requirements

• Track record of shipping and iterating across a multi-product portfolio • Deep understanding of agentic AI experiences and traditional SaaS workflows • Deep understanding of professional and collegiate sports organizations • Demonstrated experience leading PMs and product leaders through complex, multi-market environments, or operating as a General Manager with full ownership of strategy, roadmap, GTM, and P&L outcomes • 8+ years in product management or software development within B2B SaaS, sports technology, vertical AI, or comparable industries • Executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills • Sports fluency, including credible knowledge of league operations, front-office workflows, or high-level athletic experience • Experience building and selling products directly to professional sports teams (preferred) • Subject matter expertise in football or basketball (preferred) • Experience shipping AI-native features and working with proprietary datasets and models (preferred) • Experience integrating recently acquired product portfolios (preferred) • Legal right to work in the indicated location without employer sponsorship now or in the future
