📋 Description

• Manage, lead, mentor, and coach a team of Account Executives responsible for inbound and outbound sales targets • Prospect, qualify, follow up, and close personal sales opportunities • Empower the team to exceed monthly quotas by mastering Tebra’s value proposition and sales process • Create a high-performance culture based on accountability, coaching, and consultative sales excellence • Oversee inbound lead closing, outbound prospecting, and sales pipeline creation • Increase sales and provide prospective customers with an outstanding experience • Assist the team with deal strategies, demos, and calls • Develop representatives and prepare future Tebra sales leaders • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Implementation, and Support teams to drive product growth and customer satisfaction • Improve team KPIs, including speed to lead, conversion rate, and win rate • Use Outreach and Salesforce to drive conversion and team success

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in sales • Prior experience managing or leading a sales team • Track record of driven team results • Ability to manage a sales team and coach them to surpass sales goals • Mastery of the sales funnel from cold call through building customer advocates • Superior consultative sales experience • Experience managing a complex sales process with multiple gatekeepers • Experience developing and coaching Account Executives • Track record of helping Account Executives exceed quota • Command of Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce CRM • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills • Success building strong and healthy sales teams and maintaining a positive sales culture
