• Manage and strengthen relationships with key clients, leading strategic discussions and guiding them toward long-term success and value realization. • Understand customer needs, challenges, and objectives to provide tailored solutions and ensure product adoption, retention, and satisfaction. • Oversee successful and timely delivery for key accounts in alignment with customer goals. • Own customer retention, expansion, and renewal efforts. • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities with Sales teams. • Develop deep knowledge of Technosylva's wildfire risk and weather products and communicate their value, best practices, and ROI. • Translate complex fire behavior modeling, meteorological data, and risk analytics into actionable guidance. • Lead the customer onboarding experience and ensure smooth transitions and early value realization. • Develop and deliver customer education resources and training. • Resolve escalated customer issues in coordination with internal teams. • Conduct business reviews and identify opportunities for partnership and expansion. • Track and analyze adoption, satisfaction, churn, and NPS metrics; report trends to senior leadership. • Use customer data and feedback to improve customer experience and success strategies. • Represent the voice of the customer in product reviews and help shape the product roadmap. • Lead customer advisory boards or focus groups. • Drive Customer Success process improvements, including agency-specific and weather-focused playbooks.
• Experience working in or with industries related to wildland fire, wildfire risk mitigation, forestry, meteorology, atmospheric sciences or related fields — either as a practitioner or in a customer-facing technology role. • Deep experience in managing complex client relationships, particularly in SaaS, technology-driven, or operationally complex environments. • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to manage and influence senior-level customer stakeholders, including agency leadership, operations commanders, utility executives, and technical weather professionals. • Strong understanding of fire agency operations, incident command structures, fire weather forecasting, or meteorological workflows. • Exceptional problem-solving abilities with a demonstrated track record of navigating complex, high-stakes situations. • Advanced technical aptitude and ability to articulate complex technological solutions in fire, weather, and risk management contexts. • Ability to analyze customer metrics and translate them into actionable insights. • Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software. • Experience driving customer success strategies, account growth, and retention programs. • Preferred: direct experience in fire agencies, forestry services, emergency management, national weather services, or operational meteorology. • Preferred: SaaS-based risk management, geospatial analytics, emergency response technology, or weather forecasting platforms. • Preferred: familiarity with ICS, PSPS protocols, fire weather forecasting operations, or NWS products and services. • Preferred: familiarity with GIS and predictive modeling for wildfire risk assessment and fire behavior. • Preferred: experience with weather data platforms, fire weather indices, operational forecasting tools, or numerical weather prediction products. • Preferred: familiarity with WFAS, Spotfire, or similar platforms.
