📋 Description

• Handle day-to-day bookkeeping and finance tasks for clients • Transaction entry, invoicing, bill payments, payroll preparation, journal entries, reconciliations • Organize daily tasks in Karbon, the practice management system • Interact with clients to answer specific questions • Ask questions of your team when unsure about tasks

🎯 Requirements

• Accounting, payroll, and bookkeeping experience in a multi-client environment • College degree required • Proficiency in cloud accounting technologies with at least 3 years running payroll • 2+ years in QBO, BILL, Gusto or other payroll software • Ability to manage deadlines across multiple clients • Excellent communication skills with both clients and team members • Humility and openness to coaching and critiques • Keen attention to detail • Joy and a positive attitude in all communications internally and externally • Persistence and an ability to politely remind others to stay on track
