📋 Description

• Lead day-to-day field execution of industrial electrical construction, maintenance, and service projects • Develop and execute project work plans aligned with project goals, schedules, and customer requirements • Coordinate labor, materials, tools, equipment, and subcontractors for efficient project execution • Provide leadership, coaching, and direction to craft personnel and field teams • Ensure compliance with customer, company, and regulatory safety requirements • Monitor project costs, productivity, and financial performance while minimizing project risk • Maintain quality standards through inspections, work verification, and corrective action efforts • Serve as the primary on-site customer contact, building trust and ensuring exceptional service • Resolve project challenges proactively and make critical field decisions to keep projects moving forward

🎯 Requirements

• Five plus years of experience in electrical services, industrial construction, power generation, maintenance, or related industries • Strong understanding of electrical systems, construction methods, and applicable safety regulations • Proven ability to lead crews, coordinate subcontractors, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced field environment • Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and project teams • OSHA 30-Hour Construction Safety certification or the ability to obtain certification within 30 days of hire • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products for project reporting and documentation
