📋 Description

• Engage with customers over the phone and reply to online chat inquiries • Help customers manage their accounts • Verify eligibility for coverages and review healthcare options • Find creative solutions to consumer problems • Diagnose, assess, and resolve problems or issues in a timely manner • Display flexibility and accept changing project/program updates • Demonstrate corporate values consistently • Complete self-study, training, and testing • Adhere to regulated communication guidelines • Input customer information into a database • Perform various administrative duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bilingual English/Spanish • Must be fully available Monday–Friday during shifts ranging between 7:45am–10pm • Extensive self-study, training, and testing are required • Eligibility to proceed through training and certifications is dependent upon passing required exams • Adhere to regulated guidelines for communications via all channels • Interpret and follow defined procedures and policies
