📋 Description

• Answer inbound customer calls and online chat inquiries • Assist customers with account creation and password resets • Help customers upload documents and navigate online portals • Answer questions regarding healthcare coverage and eligibility • Troubleshoot customer issues and provide timely resolutions • Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records • Follow established policies, procedures, and compliance guidelines • Deliver a professional and empathetic customer experience

🎯 Requirements

• Fluent in both English and Spanish • Customer service experience • Experience handling inbound calls • Strong computer skills and ability to navigate multiple systems • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities • Ability to work independently in a remote environment • Quiet, professional home workspace with reliable internet • Must have open availability between 7:45 AM and 10:00 PM local time • 6-month contract commitment
