📋 Description

• Become a subject matter expert on current and future electric vehicle offerings, products, and services • Support customers via phone, chat, and email • Answer questions about electric vehicle features and technology • Guide customers on charging solutions and home charging options • Assist with vehicle reservations and ordering processes • Handle dealership, service, and recall-related inquiries • Take ownership of customer concerns and follow issues through resolution • Deliver personalized, value-driven solutions to enhance the customer experience • Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions • Provide approximately 80% phone support and 20% chat, email follow-up, and case documentation

🎯 Requirements

• 1-2 years of customer service experience • Strong computer navigation and typing skills • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities • Strong reading comprehension and problem-solving skills • Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail • Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills • Ability to meet deadlines and perform effectively in a structured environment • Must be available to work any assigned shift within the operating schedule • Flexible availability for shifts Monday-Friday 8:00 AM-11:00 PM EST and Saturday-Sunday 9:00 AM-9:00 PM EST
