📋 Description

• Handle inbound or outbound calls regarding fitness and wellness benefits • Help members understand benefits, locate participating gyms, access classes, and manage memberships • Provide friendly, patient, and professional customer service • Document calls accurately • Meet quality, attendance, and schedule expectations • Handle some light retention or soft-sales conversations

🎯 Requirements

• Strong customer service and communication skills • Comfortable working in a phone-based environment • Basic Windows/MS Office skills • Ability to multitask • Reliable attendance and strong attention to detail • Must be able to hardwire internet with minimum speeds of 50 Mbps download / 20 Mbps upload • Webcam required for training and meetings • Must be able to work Monday-Friday, 8-hour shifts between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM EST • Cannot reside in NY, HI, CA, AL, GA, or VA
