📋 Description

• Handle inbound or outbound calls regarding fitness and wellness benefits • Help members understand their benefits • Locate participating gyms and access classes • Manage member memberships • Provide friendly, patient, and professional customer service • Document calls accurately • Meet quality, attendance, and schedule expectations • Handle occasional light retention or soft-sales conversations

🎯 Requirements

• Strong customer service and communication skills • Comfortable working in a phone-based environment • Basic Windows/MS Office skills and ability to multitask • Reliable attendance and strong attention to detail • Must be able to hardwire internet with minimum speeds of 50 Mbps download / 20 Mbps upload • Webcam required for training and meetings • Must be available for two weeks of Monday-Friday training, 9:00 AM-5:30 PM EST • Must be available for an 8-hour shift between 8:00 AM-8:00 PM EST, Monday-Friday • Cannot reside in NY, HI, CA, AL, GA, or VA
