📋 Description

• Conduct timely patient outreach via phone, text, and email to schedule appointments • Provide culturally responsive patient education to reduce no-shows • Prioritize referral tasks to meet SLAs • Coordinate with specialty providers • Track referral statuses to ensure successful loop closure • Document all interactions accurately in EMR/CRM systems • Adhere to standardized templates and HIPAA regulations for audit-ready records • Monitor personal queues and dashboards to prevent delays • Follow internal QA workflows to ensure high-quality patient outcomes

🎯 Requirements

• 2 years of healthcare customer service/administration experience • Experience with medical terminology • EMR experience/patient portal experience • Insurance knowledge/EOB knowledge • Excellent communication skills • Microsoft Office proficient • Must be based in Phoenix, Arizona, USA • Ability to work Monday–Friday, 11:00 AM–7:30 PM Eastern Time
