📋 Description

• Prepare, sort, scan, process, and maintain electronic and hard copy medical records, reports, and company documents • Gather and organize examinee charts for medical reviews, examinations, and deposition purposes • Finalize completed charts by ensuring required documentation is included, properly ordered, and free of duplicates • Perform data entry, typing, filing, emailing, and proofreading • Create cover letters, update client lists, and maintain document storage systems • Perform mail-related tasks and support internal document workflows • Maintain HIPAA compliance and protect confidential information • Read documents to verify report accuracy • Support medical review, peer review, and billing operations by managing examinee charts and medical records

🎯 Requirements

• Must have reliable internet & their own private workspace • High school diploma • Good at data entry, communication, dependable, and computer savvy • Data entry and computer literacy • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel, and Outlook • Knowledge of insurance, medical records, medical claims, healthcare, medical insurance, and medical terminology • Experience with electronic medical records, CMS, Salesforce CRM, and W365 Edge • Ability to read documents and verify report accuracy • Ability to maintain strict HIPAA compliance and protect confidential personal and medical information • Ability to work independently while meeting productivity, quality, and turnaround time expectations
