• Verify insurance benefits • Conduct benefit investigations • Handle patient inquiries • Coordinate with insurance plans and specialty pharmacies • Help patients access needed medications • Complete work in a fast-paced healthcare environment

🎯 Requirements

• Benefits Verification, HUB, Patient Services, or Healthcare Customer Service experience • High-volume call center experience • Experience speaking with insurance plans and specialty pharmacies • Knowledge of medical and pharmacy benefits • Strong communication and documentation skills • Reliable internet and secure home workspace • Healthcare industry experience preferred • Ability to work the stated Monday-Friday schedules and EST hours
