📋 Description

• Review and verify paperwork submitted by field technicians • Ensure required documentation, photos, and project information are complete and accurate • Update and maintain internal databases and tracking systems • Track project status, files, and correspondence • Support scheduling and coordination efforts for field teams • Process information accurately while maintaining quality standards • Generate reports and assist with administrative program support • Provide backend, internal-facing support for field operations with minimal customer interaction

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of administrative, operations, program coordination, or related experience • Strong data entry and document review skills • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment • Ability to work Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-5:00 PM EST
