📋 Description

• Make outbound calls to payers to verify benefits and gather missing intake information • Document coverage details in the Summary of Benefits • Update case notes in the Lynk system to reflect status and actions taken • Make payer calls and update information in the CRM

🎯 Requirements

• Experience working from home • Outbound call experience • Experience speaking with payers • Internet speed confirmed • Secure workplace • Experience with call monitoring and QA review of calls • Experience learning new systems • Greater than one year of experience in a patient services/call center environment • Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software proficiency • Multi-line telephone experience • Laptop device, two monitors, docking station, mouse and keyboard, headset, and necessary cords • Intermediate-level experience • Ability to work as a contractor
