📋 Description

• Manage a team of coaches • Provide day-to-day support for essential duties • Support scheduling, shift coverage, training/support, and quality monitoring for existing products • Contribute to best practices for existing and future product-specific processes • Solicit and consolidate team input • Co-lead regularly scheduled team meetings with the Manager • Participate in cross-functional projects and meetings • Continue regularly scheduled shifts to support members and coaches • Mentor, support, train, and onboard new and existing team members • Provide input to the Manager on team training and professional development needs • Gather and escalate team feedback • Assist the Manager with recruitment and interviews as needed • Maintain training records and the internal certification process • Develop and apply Quality Monitoring processes • Ensure operational coverage for products, potentially including on-call or weekend coverage • Perform additional responsibilities as outlined by the Manager

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree • Relevant underlying health or coach credentials for supporting members, coaches and products • Previous experience working on products direct reports are serving is desired • Responsibility for professional development and continuing education to maintain knowledge and skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to communicate with internal and external team members according to the Teladoc culture • Ability to attend meetings online and/or in person if required • Exceptional time management and organizational skills • Comfortable with mobile and remote technology and MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Zoom, Webex, Google Docs, etc. • Compliance with Federal, State and local regulations pertaining to training, FDA Quality System Regulation (cGMP), ISO 13485, Canadian Medical Device Regulation (CMDR), IVDD, MDD, and HIPPA • Ability to support operational coverage, including on-call or weekend coverage as needed • NBC-HWC credential/certification is preferred • Currently authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship now or in the future
