📋 Description

• Conduct pre- and post-sale activities to foster customer relationships and support successful product adoption • Train internal and external customers on proper use of Vascular products according to IFUs, policies, procedures, evidence-based guidelines, and regulatory requirements • Provide clinical training during procedural application, post-placement care, and long-term product use • Collaborate with healthcare providers and their teams to establish goals and achieve optimal outcomes • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Engineering, Clinical & Medical Affairs, and other cross-functional stakeholders • Develop and maintain expertise in Vascular Access products, medical literature, standards of practice, societal guidelines, competitive landscape, and industry trends • Identify targets and prioritize opportunities with sales/clinical representatives, management, and executive leadership • Drive product utilization by expanding the customer base through networking and follow-up • Customize customer evaluation and implementation plans • Provide cross-regional, zone, and national clinical training as needed • Identify clinical champions and references for the Vascular product portfolio • Use the CRM platform to track performance objectives and strategic business plans • Provide feedback on product releases, tools, competitive intelligence, post-market surveillance, and promotional and clinical training programs • Participate in educational and scientific congresses and promotional activities at exhibitions • Train new field and company personnel on Vascular Access products • Maintain professional licensure and credentials where applicable • Communicate field activities and account information to sales/clinical representatives, management, and executive leadership • Complete documentation, special projects, expense reports, materials, and administrative responsibilities • Comply with Teleflex’s Code of Ethics, Core Values, company policies, procedures, and regulatory standards

🎯 Requirements

• Healthcare Provider with a minimum of 5 years’ patient care experience in critical care area and/or vascular access specialty • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications • Valid driver's license • Own and operate a motor vehicle with satisfactory driving records • Carry detail bag weighing up to 20 lbs. • Lift equipment weighing up to 30 lbs. • Able to stand or walk in hospitals or at meetings for approximately 8–12 hours per day, up to five days per week • 2+ years of Medical Device Industry experience • 3+ years of experience in a business environment • Professional Development background including curriculum creation • Advanced Certification in Vascular Access and/or Critical Care, such as CRNI, VA-BC, CCRN, or CEN • Bachelor’s degree preferred • Professional affiliations and associations such as APIC, INS, AVA, ENA, or AACN • Must be goal-directed and results-oriented • Strong relationship-building abilities • Effective verbal and written communication • Exceptional time management and organizational preparedness • Problem-solving ability • Ability to be flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced, constantly changing work environment • Domestic travel required, exceeding 60%
