📋 Description

• Perform metabolic testing on patients as needed according to the deployment schedule • Maintain cardio-metabolic testing equipment, including general upkeep, software updates, and repairs • Communicate with equipment representatives as needed • Manage supply inventory and prepare orders for the Operations Manager • Train new metabolic technicians and serve as an ongoing resource for existing technicians • Travel to various deployment sites for oversight, equipment maintenance, or training • Prepare reports regarding contractor onboarding, equipment status, ordering, and deployment follow-ups • Serve as on-call point of contact in place of the Operations Manager during absences • Upload and manage Google Drive and OneDrive files and folders • Assist the Operations Manager with clerical and administrative duties • Attend department meetings as requested • Report directly to the Senior Operations Manager

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree • Must be Registered Associate Clinical Social Worker in CA or Registered Associate Marriage & Family or Associate Professional Clinical Counselor • Ability to conduct diagnostic evaluations and develop treatment plans • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Empathy and compassion for individuals seeking therapy • Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines • High school diploma/GED required • Familiarity with Zoom and Teams • Excellent computer skills and knowledge of Google Suite and Microsoft products, including Gmail, Docs, and Sheets • Highly organized with excellent time management and prioritization skills • Familiarity with HIPAA standards • Access to high-speed internet • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and friendly demeanor • Current CPR and ACLS are required • Ability to travel out of state at least monthly • EKG interpretation class or competency required • Bilingual a plus
