📋 Description

• Work directly with mining and construction customers • Install, integrate, and maintain Teleo’s remote operation and AI systems on heavy equipment • Measure and integrate mechanical and electrical components • Install and optimize on-equipment systems and network infrastructure • Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and connectivity issues • Support new vehicle, control station, and network deployments • Perform routine maintenance and service visits • Complete installations of Teleo’s hardware, electrical, and network systems within customer time constraints and safety conditions • Work independently in field environments on complex, cross-domain robotics systems

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a Technician or Mechanic role • Experience in Mining, Construction, Mechanical, Automotive, or other Industrial fields • Experience integrating mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems preferred • Hands-on experience with electrical systems, including rework and splicing • Ability to use electrical test instruments, such as multimeters and continuity testers • Comfortable working from technical drawings and schematics • Proficient with computers, email, chat tools, spreadsheets, and documentation • Comfortable using power tools and performing mechanical assemblies • Physically capable of field work, including lifting, climbing, and working on heavy equipment • Ability and willingness to travel 50%+ to customer sites, including regional driving and periodic out-of-state travel • Fluent in English, oral and written • Proficient with Microsoft and Google Office Suite or related software • Ability to use CAD platforms • Understanding of electrical diagram platforms • Comfortable configuring computers and networks • Ability to comply with customer safety protocols, hazard controls, and site-specific guidelines • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to operate effectively in a rapidly changing environment with minimal supervision • Ability to collaborate in highly cross-functional environments • Ability to work outdoors, climb elevated surfaces, operate tools and controls, and occasionally lift and move 50 lbs. • Strong communication skills, professional customer interaction, willingness to learn, strong work ethic, and accountability
