📋 Description

• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients • Manage inbound and outbound customer communications • Connect with customers via phone, video call, email, chat, and/or social media • Resolve customer questions, issues, and concerns • Answer product- and software-related questions • Provide and utilize articles to assist customers with tax questions and calculations • Apply defined practices, procedures, and policies to troubleshoot product/software issues • De-escalate customer issues • Escalate interactions when necessary and appropriate • Track call-related information for auditing and reporting • Provide feedback on call issues • Upsell when required

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent • Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience • Must be 18 years of age or older • Ability to type at least 25 words per minute • Comfortable with desktop computer systems and general knowledge of Windows-based systems • Customer service and/or sales experience preferred • College degree preferred but not required • Dedicated workspace near the router for a hardwired Ethernet connection • Minimum internet speed of 15 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload • ISP under 50ms • Internet connection cannot be Satellite, Mobile Data (5G, 4G, 3G hotspots), P2P, or VPN • Proof of internet speed required • Employment restricted to residents of AL, DE, FL, IA, IN, KS, KY, LA, MI, MN, MO, MS, NC, ND, NE, OH, OK, PA, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VA, WI, WV, WY
