📋 Description

• Field inbound calls from customers regarding benefits and claims • Respond to inbound and outbound service telephone inquiries politely and professionally • Handle basic eligibility and benefits questions for dental providers • Forward specific inquiries for priority resolution • Document each encounter and resolution in the computer tracking system • Meet or exceed performance goals in a time-sensitive, fast-paced environment • Multitask across several computer applications while speaking with customers • Work independently and adhere to the assigned schedule with minimal assistance

🎯 Requirements

• One-year previous call center or equivalent role/position • Ability to attend 100% classroom training program • Dental Care industry experience and knowledge considered a strong advantage • Typing speed of 25 WPM with 90% accuracy required • Strong communication skills—clear, caring, and professional • Solid computer skills, including MS Office and navigating the web • Reliability, flexibility, and a commitment to getting the job done right • Desktop or laptop with Windows 11; Apple/Mac, tablets or smart devices, Windows Mini PCs, Chromebooks, and Android systems are not compatible • Computer must have at least 8GB RAM and an i3 4th generation or better processor • 2nd computer monitor required • USB headset with noise-canceling microphone required; 3.5 mm and gaming-style headsets are not approved • High-speed internet via wired Ethernet connection; Wi-Fi, satellite, hotspot, and mobile broadband connections are not allowed • Upload speed of 25 Mbps and download speed of 50 Mbps • ISP must have 1% or less packet loss and latency under 100ms • Available cell phone or tablet with Android 8.0+ or iOS 14+ and Microsoft Authenticator MFA application installed
