📋 Description

• Help customers understand their health insurance options • Answer customer questions and relieve concerns • Handle inbound and outbound customer conversations with professionalism and empathy • Explain health insurance coverage, plan options, pricing, and contract terms • Identify customer needs and resolve questions during the first interaction • Support customer retention by addressing concerns and identifying appropriate solutions • Protect confidential customer and healthcare information • Follow required policies and procedures

🎯 Requirements

• Active Resident Health Insurance License in your state - REQUIRED • High School Diploma or equivalent • Must be 18 years of age or older • Comfortable with desktop computer systems • General knowledge of Windows-based systems • Customer service and/or sales experience preferred • College degree preferred but not required • Dedicated workspace located near your router to support a hardwired Ethernet connection • Minimum internet speed of 15 Mbps download/10 Mbps upload • ISP under 30ms • Internet connection cannot be Satellite, Mobile Data (5G, 4G, 3G hotspots), P2P or VPN • Proof of internet speed required
