📋 Description

• Design solution architecture for Teleport in customer environments • Deploy and configure Teleport and communicate implementation best practices • Provide technical issue triage and troubleshooting, escalating high-complexity cases to engineering • Develop, maintain, and deliver customized training • Evangelize Teleport to wider customer organizations • Plan and deliver Quarterly Business Results meetings • Drive customer adoption and assist with enterprise-wide rollouts • Maintain relationships with key client stakeholders and expand relationships within organizations • Document customer business goals and challenges to maximize Teleport's value • Serve as a subject matter expert on Teleport solutions • Work with Sales and Product on customer needs, upsell and cross-sell opportunities • Provide product feedback and support the broader customer base with solutions and best-practice recommendations

🎯 Requirements

• BSc or Master Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering or another related engineering field • 8+ years experience in customer-facing software onboarding, software services, solution architecting, or system administration roles • Linux administration skills • Hands-on experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure • Strong understanding of Kubernetes and prior hands-on experience • Demonstrable experience with SSH, PKI, 2FA, SSO (SAML, OIDC), and RBAC • Exceptional hands-on software troubleshooting, testing, and debugging skills • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Project management experience and ability to handle multiple clients simultaneously • Strong organizational skills
