📋 Description

• Develop new features for Telit deviceWISE Workbench and other deviceWISE products • Find and fix defects • Interact with Sales, Technical Support, Testers, Project Managers, and FAEs to design and deliver robust solutions • Support and enhance deviceWISE IoT products, primarily the deviceWISE Workbench desktop application with web front end development as well • Perform coding, debugging, testing, and troubleshooting on a variety of operating systems • Develop solutions for a variety of Windows, MacOS, and Linux operating system environments • Organize and schedule work to solve highly complex technical problems • Participate in architecture, design, code reviews, and unit testing • Provide application support, analysis, and design related to new and existing applications • Interact with architects, project management, developers, testers, and other engineers to estimate, plan, design, test, and release new solutions • Provide Level 3 support and interact with support engineers, management, and customers as needed • Work independently and collaborate well with others • Follow and improve design, verification, build, and release processes

🎯 Requirements

• Java Swing and general Java and JavaScript front-end development experience • Experience with communication protocols in java, TCP/UDP/JDBC/HTTP/etc. • Experience in the Windows environment including tools for debugging, profiling, and version control • Comfortable using Eclipse or an equivalent IDE for Java development • Experience with continuous integration tools like Jenkins • Experience with Git source control management • Experience with JIRA for Project/Issue Tracking • Familiarity with web application front-end development, Typescript/JavaScript/Angular and similar. • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Electrical Engineering • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • 5+ years of Java Swing development experience (preferred) • Experience with enterprise-level user interfaces built with Java (Swing) front end, dealing with a lot of data from multiple sources (preferred) • Front-end web development knowledge preferred but not required • 2+ years of object-oriented design experience (preferred) • Hands on experience with agile development process (preferred)
