📋 Description

• Shape and deliver the value narrative across a portfolio of diagnostic and therapeutic assets • Generate and translate economic and outcomes evidence to support reimbursement and market differentiation • Collaborate with Clinical Development to incorporate HEOR endpoints into Phase II–IV protocols • Lead Real-World Evidence studies and patient registries • Develop diagnostic clinical utility studies • Support Pre-approval Information Exchanges, value proposition activities, product launches, payers, and health systems • Serve as a clinical subject matter expert during payer meetings • Synthesize evidence packages for CMS National and Local Coverage Determinations • Identify evidence gaps and implement mitigation strategies for CMS criteria • Author and oversee AMCP dossiers and specialized HEOR reports • Oversee Budget Impact Models and Cost-Effectiveness Analyses for therapeutic and diagnostic workflows

🎯 Requirements

• PhD, PharmD, or MD in Health Economics, Epidemiology, Public Health, or a related field • 5+ years of HEOR experience within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry • Proven track record supporting both diagnostic and therapeutic products • Deep understanding of CMS reimbursement pathways and evidence requirements • Expertise in RWE methodology and longitudinal database analysis • Exceptional presentation skills and ability to explain complex clinical and economic data to diverse audiences • Ability to report directly to cross-functional leadership and work within a matrix organization to influence brand strategy • Commitment to excellence and measurable results • Creativity and innovation • Strong communication and collaboration skills • Resilience and adaptability • Inclusive mindset • Ethical behavior and commitment to continuous learning
