📋 Description

• Build and lead an integrated, insight-led talent strategy across Telix Pharmaceuticals' global operations • Translate business strategy into workforce capability and ensure the right people are in the right roles at the right time • Work closely with People Partnering and Capability & Culture • Develop and implement a comprehensive global talent strategy aligned with corporate objectives and growth plans • Build and maintain succession maps and leadership pipelines for critical roles • Develop internal mobility pathways and progression frameworks • Align succession and mobility with development investment • Lead proactive talent pipelining strategies • Design and govern programs to identify, recognize, and retain employees with critical expertise • Define and govern talent metrics across acquisition, mobility, succession, and workforce planning • Deliver regular insights to PCLT and the business on pipeline health and workforce trends • Champion data literacy and evidence-based practice across People & Culture • Lead workforce planning and scenario modelling • Partner with People Partnering and business leaders on workforce needs, capability gaps, and organizational design • Lead global talent attraction, sourcing, engagement, and conversion strategies • Develop and activate the global EVP and employer brand • Establish the global talent acquisition framework and standards • Equip the function with technology, data, and sourcing capability, including strategic use of AI in recruitment • Champion recruitment marketing • Monitor talent market trends and competitive intelligence in biotechnology, pharmaceutical, and radiopharmaceutical sectors • Oversee executive search and strategic hiring initiatives • Develop sourcing strategies for critical and hard-to-fill roles • Lead talent-related due diligence and people integration workstreams for M&A activity • Develop change management frameworks for integration, reorganization, and structural change • Build capability to absorb and integrate acquired talent

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Psychology, or related field required • Master's degree and/or advanced HR qualification preferred • 12+ years senior leadership experience in a talent or people function within a complex, multi-country organisation • Demonstrated experience building or significantly maturing a talent strategy function, with evidence of commercial and organisational impact • Proven capability across talent acquisition and at least two of: workforce planning, succession and mobility, employer brand, or M&A integration • Experience operating in a high-growth or scaling environment, with the ability to build systems and capability while managing immediate demand • Experience in life sciences, biotech, pharmaceuticals, or a similarly regulated and technically complex industry is desirable • Commitment to excellence • Results-oriented approach • Creativity and innovation • Strong communication skills • Collaboration skills • Resilience • Inclusive mindset • Adaptability • Ethical behavior • Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
