📋 Description
• Full-cycle recruiting for RBTs and BCBAs: Own the entire pipeline end-to-end - from posting to sourcing to screening to offer. • Partnership with BCBAs & Ops to keep cases staffed: Understand real case needs (schedule, location, clinical profile). • Keep the System Clean & Visible: Maintain an accurate, real-time recruitment metrics and clean dashboard
🎯 Requirements
• ABA recruiting Experience: 2+ years hiring RBTs/BCBAs in ABA • High-output, high-ownership mindset: You thrive in a fast-moving environment, adapt quickly when priorities shift
