📋 Description
• Lead and manage a global payroll team across 10+ countries • Drive the ECP to S/4 migration and Payroll Simplification initiatives • Develop and maintain standardized payroll procedures • Oversee payroll operations including quarterly reconciliations and involuntary deductions processing • Manage critical payroll administration functions including Blue Marble system administration
🎯 Requirements
• 3-7 years of progressive payroll experience • SAP SuccessFactors expertise • Deep knowledge of payroll laws and regulations • Proven team leadership experience • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills • Proficiency with payroll systems and advanced Excel capabilities
