📋 Description

• Own key areas of the month-end close, including stock-based compensation, leases, and investments • Prepare journal entries and supporting schedules • Lead revenue accounting, including customer contract reviews, automated revenue schedules and journal entries, and deferred revenue reconciliations • Prepare balance sheet reconciliations and flux analysis • Support year-end financial statements and footnote disclosures • Prepare audit schedules and support the annual audit • Optimize Rillet and design automated, AI-assisted close workflows • Document processes and strengthen internal controls • Partner with FP&A, Billing, People, AP, and other teams on accounting questions and analysis • Report to the Senior Accounting Manager and partner with the broader Finance team

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of accounting experience • Public accounting audit experience (Big 4 preferred) or equivalent experience at a high-growth tech company • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field • Strong knowledge of US GAAP • Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills • Hands-on experience using AI tools for accounting efficiency • Clear communication, ownership, process improvement, and comfort in a fast-changing environment • Exposure to SOX and internal controls in a public or public-company-ready environment (nice to have) • Experience with Rillet, NetSuite, or another modern ERP (nice to have) • SaaS or usage-based revenue experience (nice to have) • Experience designing or implementing AI-assisted or automated accounting workflows (nice to have)
