📋 Description

• Promote safe work practices and ensure compliance with applicable safety standards and procedures • Respond to dealer and customer inquiries regarding equipment operation, troubleshooting, parts, and warranty matters • Provide technical support to the Cedarapids, Canica, and Simplicity dealer network • Assist with equipment installation, startup, commissioning, and operational optimization • Perform field equipment inspections, diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs • Investigate and resolve customer equipment issues • Respond to dealer technical support tickets and service requests through the internal helpdesk system • Escalate product performance, quality, and technical issues to Engineering and cross-functional teams • Monitor and manage support cases to ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction • Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Quality teams on product improvement • Conduct technical training, classroom instruction, and hands-on equipment demonstrations • Document and track customer service activities and communicate findings and resolutions by email and phone • Travel extensively to dealer locations, customer sites, trade events, and training facilities throughout North America

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED • 3+ years of service, maintenance, repair, or technical support experience with industrial, construction, mining, aggregate, or heavy equipment • Ability and willingness to travel 40–65% of the time • Able to obtain and maintain a valid U.S. Passport • Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record • Mechanically inclined and customer-focused • Ability to provide equipment troubleshooting, training, commissioning, maintenance, and warranty assistance
