📋 Description

• Perform customer installations, maintenance, and service calls promptly and effectively • Service electromechanical equipment, including self-checkout systems, within an assigned territory • Conduct maintenance, repairs, preventive maintenance, and system overhauls • Communicate openly and effectively with customers to identify and resolve issues • Deliver solutions using training provided by NCR Voyix • Represent the NCR Voyix brand and help keep global commerce running

🎯 Requirements

• Local candidate to specific geographic area • Authorized to work in the U.S. • At least 18 years of age • Valid driver’s license and driving record that satisfies NCR fleet requirements • PC skills, basic electronic skills, and familiarity with specific hardware and operating systems • Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation • Ability to travel extensively, driving several hours per day • Availability for rotating and weekend shifts • Flexible shift work, including morning, afternoon, and evening start times, with some holidays • Ability to carry and lift tools, parts, and equipment weighing up to 75 lbs. without assistance and up to 150 lbs. with assistance • Ability to bend, squat, walk, stand, sit, reach, work with hands, and repetitively grasp and manipulate objects • Offers of employment are conditional upon passage of applicable screening criteria • Familiarity with large servers, mainframe computers, and imaging software (preferred) • A+ Certification, CompTIA, N+ Certification (preferred) • One or more years of related experience (preferred)
