📋 Description

• Provide on-site technical support for customer projects • Support cold and hot commissioning of battery systems • Diagnose and correct battery performance issues, including cell and module charging and balancing • Support battery system and site decommissioning, including maintenance, cleanup, disassembly, and equipment removal • Act as the direct EHS representative in the field and ensure OSHA and regulatory compliance • Serve as an escalation point for field service issues and resolve customer concerns • Gather and report customer feedback to improve service processes • Support execution and continuous improvement of standard operating procedures • Collaborate on adoption of new tools and technologies for field operations • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, quality guidelines, and industry standards • Complete project administration, including daily reports and expense reports • Travel to and remain at assigned jobsites until tasks are completed • Manage field tools for assignments and projects • Ensure excellence across operational areas

🎯 Requirements

• Technical or Trade degree, High School diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience • 1+ year of experience as a field service technician in electrical power generation, renewable energy, or similar spaces • Related safety certifications • Experience with computers and installation of controls-related firmware and software • Fluency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work independently and coordinate with a team • Ability to execute multiple projects and objectives • Ability to follow directions and complete tasks on schedule • Self-directed, detail-oriented, organized, and flexible • Demonstrated leadership, teamwork, integrity, and accountability • Willingness to travel and work with customers • Ability to regularly lift objects weighing 50+ lbs, stand, sit, or kneel for extended periods, and work outdoors in varied weather conditions
