📋 Description

• Provide primary district support to ensure cleaning and sanitizing chemicals and equipment are used effectively, economically, and safely • Conduct routine service visits and testing for safe and effective food safety programs • Manage and develop CIP and OPC programs • Develop improvement processes for Clean-In-Place operations in food, beverage, and dairy facilities • Assist sales account managers with the design and implementation of cleaning and sanitizing programs • Update databases after service visits and generate weekly service reports • Assist with technical issues at customer sites, communicate issues to customers, and create corrective-action plans • Keep sales account managers informed of customer-site issues • Identify growth opportunities at existing customers and assist with prospect-account opportunities • Assist with data analysis on program performance • Monitor and maintain chemical feed and monitoring equipment • Participate in technical training opportunities

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree (Science or other technical degree), with experience considered in lieu of a technical degree • Ability to solve complex and non-routine technical problems • Strong relationship management skills • Industry and customer literate, or ability to pick up industry and Solenis technologies quickly • Drive for results; proactively addresses complex issues • Fluency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) • Must be able to pass a criminal background check, drug screen and physical • Must have a Valid Driver's License and Clean Motor Vehicle Record • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends • Ability to work in an industrial plant environment and remain compliant with company and customer plant, safety, and OSHA requirements
