📋 Description

• Deliver a world-class, white-glove customer experience as the face and voice of Ambius • Manage incoming customer requests, service updates, and account modifications via Zendesk • Resolve client inquiries efficiently within the strict sub-6-day timeline • Safeguard data integrity by validating phone numbers, physical addresses, and company names in Aspire whenever an account record is accessed • Provide sales backup during lower-volume periods • Execute inbound and outbound prospecting and qualification strategies • Support the growth team and pipeline development
