📋 Description

• Provide operational excellence within the assigned region • Drive change management plans, develop strategies, and deploy tactics to achieve financial and operational goals • Achieve Rentokil North America company goals and revenue growth • Oversee multi-branch APBITA, P&L, sales, and service operations • Monitor branch, district, and regional revenue objectives • Develop General Managers and Branch Managers through talent assessment, evaluations, coaching, goal-setting, and knowledge sharing • Coach district colleagues and invest in branch-level staff development • Manage multi-branch recruiting, interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and staffing levels • Oversee residential client relationships and specific commercial client relationships • Resolve client disputes, complaints, and outstanding claims • Ensure company programs, initiatives, SOPs, and standards are delivered across branches • Lead organizational values through quality service, relationships, and teamwork • Orchestrate joint team meetings and share best practices • Understand and steward Rentokil and Terminix processes, safety, structure, and service offerings • Leverage evaluation criteria for colleague performance • Establish tracking forums to assess regional progress and influence sales and service execution • Nurture a high-performing culture through accountability and feedback • Champion change through the “Heart, Head and Hands” methodology

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Business Management related subject • 8+ years of field services management experience required, or an equivalent combination of education and experience • Master’s Degree preferred • Alternatively, military ranking of O5 • Business operations experience • Skill in managing and leading assigned projects; understanding of project management • Maintain relevant licences as required by federal, state, or local regulations for termite/pest control and other business unit products and services • Valid driver's license from state of residence • Knowledge of laws, regulations, methods, and techniques in the area of specialty • Position may require frequent overnight travel
