📋 Description

• Architect, design and implement foundational solutions for Terzo AI enterprise platform • Develop a new design system and component library, likely using React and a modern UI framework • Create AI-first user experiences across analytics, workflows, AI agents, and applications • Translate complex data, recommendations, and automation into intuitive, usable interfaces • Partner closely with product and design to define interaction patterns for AI-native workflows • Collaborate with backend and platform engineers to design clean API contracts • Establish frontend standards around performance, accessibility, and maintainability • Optimize frontend performance for data-dense and real-time experiences • Participate in design reviews, code reviews, and product discovery sessions • Contribute to frontend engineering culture through mentorship and shared ownership

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience building highly reliable, mission-critical software • Extensive knowledge of JavaScript language, along with experience building Express and ReactJS applications • Experience managing technical roadmap and driving organizational engineering excellence • Expert understanding of frontend architecture, state management, and performance optimization • Experience consuming APIs and collaborating closely with backend teams
