📋 Description

• Lead the identification and translation of clients’ digital needs for each core business area • Stay educated on emerging technologies • Present reports on the company’s technology status, goals, and progress • Create and oversee implementation of technology solutions and strategies • Align technology resources with short- and long-term organizational goals • Serve on the executive committee to align technology goals with departmental and organizational objectives • Identify technologies that can improve the company’s products and services

• Ability to drive teams in complex solution development • Demonstrated expertise in building business cases, solutions, and proposal artifacts • Strong ability to collaborate across a matrix organization • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Organization and time-management skills • Multitasking skills • Ability to manage large budgets effectively • Knowledge of latest technological advances that could benefit the company • Knowledge of all functions and roles within IT • Knowledge of best information security practices • Excellent leadership skills • Demonstrated ability to meet critical deadlines • Demonstrated strong culture fit and values alignment with LMI • Demonstrated leadership capability and team-player orientation • Minimum 6 years’ experience in the govcon/IT market • Current security clearance or eligibility for a U.S. Government security clearance • U.S. citizenship eligibility for security clearance
