📋 Description

• Provide visionary, enterprise-level leadership for innovation strategy and technology initiatives • Drive growth across the entire Defense Market, accelerate customer adoption, and enter new customer sets • Identify and implement innovation opportunities using emerging technologies, including AI • Scout, assess, and recommend transformative technologies and trends advancing customer missions • Develop and execute a comprehensive, high-impact, ROI-driven AI roadmap • Advise senior executives and embed innovation into business strategy • Champion AI, automation, and digital tools • Drive cross-functional collaboration to integrate innovation initiatives into workflows • Build and maintain strategic partnerships and innovation ecosystems to accelerate transformation

🎯 Requirements

• Ability to drive teams in complex solution development • Demonstrated expertise in building business cases, solutions, and proposal artifacts • Ability to collaborate effectively in a matrix organization • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Organization and time-management skills • Multitasking skills • Ability to manage large budgets effectively • Knowledge of latest technological advances that could benefit the company • Knowledge of all functions and roles within IT • Knowledge of best information security practices • Excellent leadership skills • Demonstrated ability to meet critical deadlines • Demonstrated strong culture fit and values alignment with LMI • Demonstrated leadership capability and team-player mindset • Minimum 10 years’ experience in the govcon/IT market • Current security clearance, or eligibility for a U.S. Government security clearance • U.S. citizenship, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance • Advanced degree preferred
