📋 Description

• Support Program Management Teams in the financial management of projects and programs • Develop, review, and update project and program budgets, forecasts, estimates-at-completion, reporting, and analysis • Develop and maintain operating expense and capital expenditure budgets • Analyze spending trends and identify risks and opportunities • Perform scenario analysis and forecasting for resource, vendor, and project costs • Lead, develop, and mentor financial analysts/program control analysts • Facilitate contract kick-off meetings and support CostPoint project setup, billing, accounting, and contractual financial obligations • Set up and maintain CostPoint project workforce and track personnel spend against budgets • Monitor project and program expenditures and resolve discrepancies or miscoding • Review and report financial performance, identify budget or forecast deviations, and recommend corrective actions • Manage subcontractor/vendor costs, purchase requests, purchase orders, invoices, payments, and accruals • Track program risks and ensure mitigation activities are in place • Prepare or support client status reports, integrated program reviews, and ad-hoc financial requests • Review and approve client invoices and resolve billing and unbilled-charge issues • Monitor, track, and forecast labor and non-labor project spend, including T&M labor category ceilings • Collaborate on price proposals and cost estimates • Support federal agency and internal/external audits • Support development and enhancement of project control processes, procedures, and systems

🎯 Requirements

• At least 8 years of experience in a Project/Program Control role for a government contractor • Experience managing Program Control teams • Deltek Costpoint experience • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments and levels of an organization • Strong organization skills and focus on accuracy and consistency • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Strong MS Excel skills required • Active Top Secret Clearance • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field preferred
