📋 Description

• Support Program Management Teams in financial management of projects and programs • Develop, review, and update project and program budgets, forecasts, EACs, reporting, and analysis • Facilitate contract kick-off meetings and ensure effective CostPoint project setup, billing, accounting, and financial contractual compliance • Collaborate with Accounting on project setup and expenditure discrepancies • Set up and maintain CostPoint project workforce and track personnel spend against budgets • Monitor project and program expenditures for accuracy and consistency • Review and report financial performance, identify budget or forecast deviations, and recommend corrective actions • Manage subcontractor/vendor costs, purchase requests, purchase orders, invoices, payments, and accrual support • Partner with Purchasing to maintain subcontractor funding alignment with prime contracts • Track program risks and ensure mitigation activities are in place • Prepare or support client status reports, integrated program reviews, and ad-hoc financial requests • Review and approve client invoices and resolve billing and unbilled-charge issues • Monitor, track, and forecast labor and non-labor project spend • Manage labor-category spend on T&M contracts with labor-category ceilings • Support price proposals and cost estimates with the Pricing and Program Management teams • Support federal-agency and internal/external audits • Support development or enhancement of project-control processes, procedures, and systems

🎯 Requirements

• At least 3 years of Project Control experience supporting projects and programs for a government contractor • Experience with FFP, T&M, Cost Plus, and Cost-Plus Award Fee contract types • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field preferred • Deltek Costpoint experience • Strong communication and cross-department collaboration skills • Strong organizational skills and focus on accuracy and consistency • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Applicants must meet eligibility requirements for a U.S. Government security clearance • Only U.S. Citizens are eligible for a security clearance • LMI will consider applicants with security clearances or applicants eligible for security clearances
