📋 Description
• Recruit Real Estate Agents, Loan Originators, and new customers to drive Texana Bank’s growth • Develop and implement agent recruitment strategies aligned with Texana Bank’s objectives • Conduct outreach, networking, and field recruiting efforts to grow the branch network • Maintain compliance with all regulations • Ensure no involvement in loan origination or point-of-sale systems
