📋 Description

• Manage a portfolio of corporate clients as the primary contact for C-suite executives and decision-makers • Develop customized financial solutions based on client needs, industry knowledge, and market insights • Identify new opportunities and deepen existing client relationships • Partner with internal teams to cross-sell treasury management, credit, and investment banking services • Structure, underwrite, and monitor deals with credit teams • Mentor Analysts and Associates • Conduct regular client reviews and maintain high client engagement • Lead client pitches, negotiations, and presentations • Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, risk frameworks, and internal policies • Foster a collaborative, high-performing culture within the Corporate Banking team

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in corporate banking with a proven track record of relationship management and portfolio growth • Experience mentoring junior team members and fostering a high-performing, inclusive environment • Strong expertise in corporate finance, credit analysis, and strategic advisory • FINRA 6, 63 and 79 required within xx days • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, or a related field
